Using Wordpress For Network Marketing

As you can see this is a fresh new wordpress blog I start so that I can start branding my name. I want to brand my name for network marketing, prospecting, sponsoring, leadership, etc. I want to brand for my company Eiro Research, it’s products and marketing system that’s in place. I also want to brand for internet marketing, blogging, social networking, web 2.0, video marketing, article marketing and anything else that I can’t think of right now.

I don’t really know how to set the wordpress blog, so I’m shoot from the hip so to speak, you know what I mean. Trial and error is my way of learning, it’s very pain staking, but I know that this can benefit my business and my downline.

When I started this blog a few days I knew I needed to post the 1st blog and get it started. I didn’t really know where to start so I shared an experience I had at a seminar last year, that was the first thing that came to mind. The post had everything to do with network marketing and the guest speakers, Ferny Cabollos and Raymond Fong are SEO maniacs that I have been following recently.

They had 2 webinars on branding yourself using SEO tactics that are free ways to get leads for your business and dominate the competition in your company. You can learn from them too just opt in at www.seonetworker.com.

I did exactly what they said so far, I went out and bought a domain name and forwarded it to my host. Installed the wordpress and start going for it. At the beginning my blog was empty with just a post which was kind of boring. I don’t want boring. I want my blog to look like other professionals out there. Everything is still new to me so I’m not sure how to do things like installing plugins, but I just did it. What the hell is a widget?.. I just did it. I know I needed an RSS FEED button for sure and I did it. Twitter is a very hot social network right now, so I figured that out too. Using keywords that you want to brand for in your title and meta description as well. Ferny Cabollos and Raymond Fong gave me the knowledge and confidence to tackle this blog thing. I highly recommend you check out their site, SEO Netwoker and opt in and you can learn how to dominate your competition too.

I have a lot to learn still, this is just the beginning, but I have a good start now. I will keep adding to this blog for the various categories I want to brand myself for, so stay in touch by subscribing to my RSS FEED. I promise to deliver great content for my audience so stay tune for more.

New Network Marketing Prospecting Idea

Today I was thinking of how I can be a better prospector and I came up with an idea.

You see, I have spent a lot of money on various e-books and courses on Network Marketing and Internet Marketing, so I know how to do quite a bit.

Next time when I go out to prospect again at a place of business, and a person says NO to my opportunity(themselves) I’ll immediately ask them” Have you ever thought of marketing their business on the internet”.

Now, by me asking them that totally changes the subject of me prospecting them and opens their mind to me possibly helping them with their own business. I basically just ask them “Can I help you?” At the same time I look like a person of value to them because they probably don’t know a damn thing about how to market their business on the internet.This will work especially for small business owners like Real Estate agents, Insurance agents, you name it.
Do you have any internet marketing skills? If so, try this idea out. Maybe you don’t know a lot, just share with them what you know. By you putting yourself out there like this, you obtain that image of a serious professional business man or woman.

Also, don’t forget to ask for referrals as well. Everyone of us has a friend that has thought of owning their own business, no doubt.

I believe that this will make it easier for all of us in our minds, that it’s no big deal if they say NO. Think about that. I hope this helps everyone.

Mike Dillard, my partner Jeff and I at the one and only MLM Traffic Formula Live Event In Austin, TX.

Back in June of 2008, my business partner and I went to an event hosted by Mike Dillard, called the MLM Traffic Formula Live 101, with guest speakers Ferny Caballos and Raymond Fong. Here’s a picture of Mike Dillard, my business partner and I on the last day. It was an awesome experience to be able to learn from some of the best Internet Marketers in the MLM industry.

The purpose of the event was to basically take us by the hands, each one of us, and show us how to put together a capture page and autoresponder series for our businesses. We moreless went over the fist 3 chapters in Mike’s course, MLM Traffic Formula, if you haven’t heard of it I highly recommend it to anyone in a small business or MLM.

The first day, Friday night at 6:00pm, we were introduced to a company by the name of Instantmlmprofits which designed a program that made building a capture page and split testing it a snap. Also, it had autoresponders integrated as well, so you didn’t need to get a third party autoresponder. So that night we all signed up for a trial offer for a week.

On Saturday we all put into action. Ferny and Raymond went over step by step what it takes to build a capture page, what size fonts to use, what size of heading, etc.

If you don’t know, your typical capture page goes like this:

subheadline
copy or bribe—optional video too
bullet points
opt in box

Sunday after we were done with our capture pages they had already made 4 autoresponders for us prior to the event, to plug into our systems. By Sunday night were up and ready for marketing our new pages.

I left the event knowing a lot more than when I first arrived. I had fun talking with the other folks that were there too.

I met people from all over the world there like JimYaghi who helped Mike Dillard too. Jim Yaghi is from Australia and he and Mike put together PPC Domination course earlier this year.
